Paul Ilaucqua joined Double T Contracting, Inc. in 2005 as a Project Manager. He has worked in construction since 19?? and became a licensed contractor in 19??. Prior to joining Double T Contracting, Inc., Paul worked in City, State for a large construction firm and has completed over 1000 projects. He takes pride in the quality of his work and enjoys working for a company that shares the same values.
In his free time he can be found with his wife Kathy anywhere from the top of the Sierras snowboarding and hiking or at the Pacific Ocean surfing and fishing.
Susan Ferguson, our Accounts Manager, graduated from Georgia State University in 1985 with a B.S. in Business Administration. Since joining Double T Contracting, Inc. in 2000, she has been instrumental in bringing a high degree of organization to our bookkeeping and estimating process. Her background and experience in accounting, coupled with her pleasant attitude, make her an indispensable member of the team.
Susan tackles and organizes paperwork, schedules, permits and bids for each project. Any unusual requests for help from co-workers, subcontractors or clients make their way to her desk. She enjoys working with the public and is a pleasant, helpful contact when you call the office. Our Project Managers are able to easily communicate project details to Susan that are needed for billing and change orders. Susan enjoys being a part of the construction industry and is excited to be to be part of a company that embraces sustainable building techniques.
An avid outdoor lover, you will likely find her hiking, playing tennis, running or her very favorite pastime, spending time with her family. Susan lives in Douglasville with her two girls, Oliver the dog and her two cats.
